Ever think to yourself, ‘dang, I could really throw a punch right now,’ but then you remember that in most circumstances it’s illegal and generally frowned upon? Well, good news! Our limited series not only allows it, but it’s encouraged!

STRETCH➕
5 week limited series
In Studio
Unclench your jaw and take a deep breath, cutie. We are all tied up tighter than drum these days amiright? Let's give some our bodies some delicious deep stretches and give our nervous system a chance to chill TF out. We'll move slow through these deeper stretches and hold these restorative poses for 1-5 minutes to release our tensions. Props will be provided to help get into poses comfortably.
