1:1 Personal Training

1:1 Personal Training is for you if:

➕ you’re ready to head into the gym with the support of a coach who’s been there

➕ you want to work with extensive equipment; whether you need guidance on how to use it, or you’ve seen it all before

➕ you’re curious and excited about a workout program designed for you

➕ you need a gentle, compassionate, and understanding coach to give you a kick into action – and keep you accountable

➕ you’re located south of St Clair Ave, east of High Park, and west of the Yonge St


Small Group Training (2-4 people)

Small group training is for you if:

➕ you want to train with your friend(s), partner, or family members

➕ you're looking for economical personal training access

➕ you’re curious and excited about a workout program designed for you

➕ you need a gentle, compassionate, and understanding coach to give you a kick into action – and keep you accountable

➕ you love getting active with your loved ones

Online Personal Training

Online personal training is right for you if:

➕ you’re restarting your fitness journey

➕ you’re short on time and don’t want to commute to and from the gym

➕ you’re anxious about going into fitness spaces

➕ you’ve got some (or a lot!) of equipment at home and need some guidance and structure to your program

➕ you’ve got ZERO equipment at home - we’re experts in using body weight and common household items for a quality workout

Self-Guided Program

A Self-Guided Program is right for you if:
➕ you have a regular or home gym that you love to train in
➕ you don't want to 'think' about your workout plan - let me do the thinking for you 
➕ you want autonomy in your workout, but accountability with a trainer. Self Guided programs include regular check ins with your coach
