A full body circuit that focuses on interval training to get a full body movement practice in. Strength, resistance and mobility in one class! All levels welcome from beginner to athlete, modifications provided for all levels and injuries. Movement for all!

SMALL GROUP CLASSES

What to expect in our small-group training sessions:

  • 45-minute circuit style class, moving through different equipment stations
  • max 6 participants
  • focus on strength training 
  • private facility, just you and the other participants
  • brand new, state-of-the-art equipment, machines and weights
  • thoroughly sanitized between each class
  • ZERO diet talk/negative body talk
  • options and modifications provided for all levels, and personal guidance on form and progression
