A fun outdoor class that focuses on interval training to get a full body movement practice in.  All levels welcome from beginner to athlete, modifications provided for all levels and injuries. Movement for all!

What to expect:
✨ a good, sweaty workout with modifications for all levels
✨ interval stations with games and competitions sprinkled in
✨ minimal equipment required
✨ some razzle dazzle ✨

What to bring:
🌸 water in a re-useable vessel
🌸 weather-appropriate clothing, including sunscreen (the park is partly shaded)
🌸 a mat or blanket to get down on the ground
🌸 VERY IMPORTANT - you must bring good vibes


Registration is required for each class you attend, when purchasing a drop in class, complete your purchase and create an account (if you don’t already have one). Then select the time and date for the class you are registering for. When purchasing a class pass, you’ll also need to register for each class you’ll attend. You can cancel a reservation with 24 hours notice and get your class credited back to your account. Cancelations within less than 24 hours will deduct a class from your package. Classes are weather-dependant but we are covered by trees, so we aren’t usually bothered by the rain. In case of extreme weather, you’ll be notified one hour before class
