What can you expect from this program?

  • Body Positivity at the Core: Our workouts are designed to make you feel empowered, confident, and strong no matter your size, shape, or fitness level

  • Personalized Coaching: A completely tailored approach - you’ll meet with your coach Daniela before you begin your program and discuss any injuries or other concerns, your goals, and your history. You’ll be supported in your unique needs from day one, and provided with modifications to suit your specific needs and goals

  • A Personalized Workout custom made for you, delivered virtually via the app where you can track your progress and manage your workouts

  • A weekly LIVE 30 min workout with your trainer

  • You have minimal equipment available to you (no gym required for this program, it’s designed to be completed wherever you are)

  • You want to improve your relationship with movement but don’t know where to begin;

  • You need the personal attention of a trainer to meet you at your level and consider your history and injuries etc

The fine print.

Program runs for 8 weeks. Check in with Daniela to confirm your start date. Each week you will get a new Workout of the Week (WoW) assigned to you, to be completed once independently and once virtually with Coach Daniela. Your session with Daniela will be a recurring meeting time every week taking place via Zoom. You’ll be added to the Whatsapp group chat (recommended but not mandatory). You’ll access your custom workouts via the app, created with your specific needs, goals and equipment in mind. You are expected to participate each week, and if you cannot make it to your live session as scheduled, we will try to reschedule before the week is out. Missed sessions will not be added to the end of this cycle. Let’s do this, cutie!
