Always been curious about weight lifting but too intimidated to try? Or maybe you’re already in your strength training era and want to get some dedicated time to test. Join the 8 week program in a welcoming and supportive space to work on proper form, get acquainted with weight lifting, and surprise yourself by how strong you truly are! Small group size means you get lots of personal attention to ensure you’re supported the whole way, and you might just make some new lifting buds along the way. We’ll be working on hinge, push, pull, squat and carry movements (the big 5!)

Outdoor Park Class
A fun outdoor class that focuses on interval training to get a full body movement practice in. All levels welcome from beginner to athlete, modifications provided for all levels and injuries. Movement for all!
What to expect:
✨ a good, sweaty workout with modifications for all levels
✨ interval stations with games and competitions sprinkled in
✨ minimal equipment
✨ some razzle dazzle ✨
What to bring:
🌸 water
🌸 weather-appropriate clothing, including sunscreen (the park is partly shaded)
🌸 a mat or blanket to get down on the ground
🌸 VERY IMPORTANT - you must bring good vibes

or $25 for a single drop in class
