A low-impact barre-inspired class for people who want to feel strong, sweaty, and slightly unhinged in the best way possible.
Expect lower body strength work, balance challenges, light cardio bursts, and tiny pulses that will have your legs shaking. We move to a banging playlist, keep things accessible and adaptable, and leave diet culture at the door.
This class is designed for all bodies, all experience levels, and anyone who’s ever felt personally victimized by traditional fitness spaces. Options are always offered, perfection is never required, and the vibes are aggressively supportive.

Always been curious about weight lifting but too intimidated to try? Or maybe you’re already in your strength training era and want to get some dedicated time to test. Join the 8 week program in a welcoming and supportive space to work on proper form, get acquainted with weight lifting, and surprise yourself by how strong you truly are! Small group size means you get lots of personal attention to ensure you’re supported the whole way, and you might just make some new lifting buds along the way. We work on hinge, push, pull, squat and overhead movements.

A circuit-style class featuring strength training, mobility, metabolic conditioning, and light cardio — all set to a playlist that absolutely did not need to go this hard.
We move through stations designed to build real-world strength, improve mobility, get your heart rate up, and make you feel like a capable badass. Expect dumbbells, bodyweight work, sweaty little cardio moments, and recovery built right in.
Just good music, functional movement, unserious energy, and a room full of people trying their best while slightly out of breath.

FIT + PARK
A fun outdoor class that focuses on interval training to get a full body movement practice in.
All levels welcome from beginner to athlete, modifications provided for all levels and injuries. Movement for all!
What to expect:
✨ a good, sweaty workout with modifications for all levels
✨ interval stations with games and competitions sprinkled in
✨ minimal equipment
✨ some razzle dazzle ✨
What to bring:
🌸 water
🌸 weather-appropriate clothing, including sunscreen (the park is partly shaded)
🌸 a mat or blanket to get down on the ground
🌸 VERY IMPORTANT - you must bring good vibes
