May Community Challenge

There’s something especially hopeful about May, and we’re here to take bask in it! Starting May 1st, we declare our goal(s) for the month and work towards them all month long. This challenge is different than others you’ve done before - we’re not asking you to push past your pain or your boundaries. YOU are the expert on your body so YOU decide what your goals look like this month.

You might:
• want to attend more classes than you normally do
• want to add more outdoor activity time to your schedule
• want to take your virtual classes outdoors!
…. or any number of other goals! The point is, you know yourself best and you know how to strive for the best version of yourself.
