Boxing Bootcamp

A 45 minute outlet for any of your aggressions; a blend of boxing, kickboxing and cardio. NO BOXING EXPERIENCE NEEDED. Just be ready to therapeutically exorcise your demons (safely, no priests required). All levels

 

Early Morning Express - Tuesday

We’re bringing the outdoors indoors. All the things you love about our park workouts, brought inside for winter fun. Interval style training, minimal equipment required. If you’re hardcore like that, layer up and bring your computer outside and brave the elements while your body generates a healthy dose of dopamine and serotonin aka the happy (all natural) drugs.

HIIT BOP

A 45 minute dance-party inspired HIIT workout, rocking out to some BOPS aka really fun songs. Think dancing alone in your bedroom vibes. No choreography experience needed, and turning your camera off is always an option! All levels

Morning Movement

Wake up and start the week with some gentle movement. Monday mornings for 30 minutes, some stretching, low impact and light cardio. Reserve some time for yourself. All levels
