Boxing Bootcamp

A 45 minute outlet for any of your aggressions; a blend of boxing, kickboxing and cardio. NO BOXING EXPERIENCE NEEDED. Just be ready to therapeutically exorcise your demons (safely, no priests required). All levels

Morning Mobility

Wake up and start the day with some gentle movement. Some stretching, low impact and light cardio. Reserve some time for yourself. All levels

STRONG 💪

Small group training. These classes we explore gym equipment that you may not be familiar with using, heavier weights and progressions (calling all baddies who want to lift heavier!) Smaller groups allow me to watch your form and offer adjustments if needed. Beginner to Intermediate

Quick and dirty 15 minutes to focus on the stability of your core, including your pelvis, low back, hips and abdominals. Improved posture, balance and decreased back pain. All levels
